Listing copy in your agency's voice
From the features, the floorplan and what the vendor told you, drafted to your agency's style rather than the generic portal register — because we train it on your existing listings, not on a template.
AI training for real estate
We train agents, property managers and admin staff to use AI on the writing that never lets up — listings, follow-up, vendor reports, CMAs. Three months, taught in your agency's voice on your own listings, delivered by Claude Certified Associates. More of the week goes back to being in front of people.
Trusted by over 14,000 Australian businesses. Australian-owned since 2008, rated 4.8 from 229 Google reviews, and delivered by Claude Certified Associates.
Ad On Group works with real estate businesses across Australia, including Harcourts, Century 21, Professionals and Manor Real Estate. Ask us and we'll put you in touch with agencies we work with in your area.
Real estate is unusual in how much of its output is repeated writing under deadline — which is the easiest category of work to compress without a client noticing anything except that you replied faster.
From the features, the floorplan and what the vendor told you, drafted to your agency's style rather than the generic portal register — because we train it on your existing listings, not on a template.
Enquiry responses and follow-up sequences drafted per buyer, referencing the property they actually asked about and what they said, so nobody goes cold while you're at an open home.
Portal numbers, enquiry counts and open-home feedback turned into the written summary vendors want. The task agents put off most, done in minutes, every listing, every week.
The comparables you've already pulled, written into an argument a vendor can follow, with the reasoning made explicit instead of implied by a table.
Arrears notices, maintenance updates and routine inspection reports drafted from the file — consistent, on time, and a genuine reduction in the emotional load of the role.
Captions, ad copy and email campaigns generated once from the listing and adapted per channel, rather than written separately for each and rushed.
Your agency's voice captured as a shared resource, so a new agent's first listing reads like your twentieth. The training compounds into how quickly people become productive.
Three stages, each ending in something the office does differently on Monday.
By the end of month one, each agent and property manager has three or four recurring pieces of writing they now draft with AI by default — their listings, their follow-ups, their reports. This is where the evenings start coming back.
Month two turns those into reusable packs the whole office runs on: the listing style, the follow-up sequence, the vendor report format, the arrears ladder. One good writer's approach becomes the office standard, which is what makes a new agent sound right from week one.
By month three your team is building simple agents — a weekly vendor report that assembles itself from portal data, or a buyer follow-up sequence that drafts, tracks and escalates. No coding, and it runs whether or not anyone remembers.
Working with Ad On Group and Claude we were able to build a co work automation to assess our FB and Insta campaigns to see whats working and whats not. We can now cut underperforming social campaigns and focus on the ones working. The AI course plus the support we were able to build something that really makes a difference. Thanks Ad On Group and Claude!!
I did the AI course and it was spectacular 11/10, I couldn’t recommend it enough
I’ve been working through the AI training course for a couple of months now and it’s been really helpful! My client is happy with the increased productivity and they enjoy reading through the monthly progress report they receive. Highly recommended!

Generic AI copy is obvious, and an agency's writing is part of its brand. We spend real time on making output sound like your agency specifically, using your existing listings as the reference rather than accepting the default register — that is the difference between a tool your agents use and one they quietly abandon.
The second point matters more. Generated property copy will invent a feature, round a measurement, or produce a price statement that creates an underquoting or misleading conduct problem, and Australian consumer law does not care that a tool wrote it. We train the review step as a fixed part of the workflow, with particular attention to price, measurements, zoning and anything stated as a fact about the property. Your agency finishes with a written policy your principal can stand behind.
Three months, 24 modules, around two hours a week, self-paced so it fits around real estate work rather than pulling anyone off the job for a day. It runs in three stages: getting fluent with the tools, automating the tasks that repeat, then building AI agents that handle a slice of a job end to end.
What we teach is tool-agnostic. Your team learns the thinking, then applies it in ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude — so the skills survive whichever tool you standardise on next year.
For an agency, month one is listing copy and buyer follow-up, and the agent most offices build first is the weekly vendor report that assembles itself. 24 interactive modules over three months, around two hours a week — full of worked examples, videos and step-by-step instructions, and they keep growing as the tools do.
Month 1 Foundations get fluent
Advanced prompt engineering and context management. Claude Projects that hold everything about your business, so nobody re-explains it every time. Getting AI to work across your documents, images and screenshots. Building your first AI-powered workflow, end to end.
Month 2 Automating your tasks get your time back
Teaching AI your job. Custom Claude skills built around how your team actually works, plus a meta skill that writes the next ones. Claude Cowork and Claude in Chrome browser automations across the tools you already use, scheduled to run without anyone starting them.
Month 3 Agentic AI go autonomous
Handing whole jobs over. Building autonomous AI agents that carry out complete processes on their own — deciding what to do next, working across your tools, running start to finish without anyone watching — then an orchestrator agent that directs them all as one system.
Delivered by Claude Certified Associates — not generalists who added an AI workshop last year. Ad On Group has been running as an Australian business since 2008.
Every program includes it. This is the difference between a team that had AI training once and a team that keeps getting better at it while the tools keep changing.
24 interactive modules, self-paced, yours for life. The modules keep growing as AI does, so what your team learned last year does not quietly go out of date.
An hour each, one to one with a Claude Certified Associate, spent on your team's actual work rather than a curriculum. This is where the difficult, specific problems get solved.
Fresh sessions and podcasts on real business applications, released weekly — because the tools change monthly and a course recorded last year cannot keep up on its own.
A closed space to ask, share and show what is working, alongside staff from other Australian businesses using AI daily. Most people find the peer answers as useful as ours.
Get in touch and we'll show you how AI fits your agency — the writing worth compressing first, what three months looks like for an office your size, and what it costs. Or take the AI audit first: six questions, about a minute.
AI for real estate: listings, follow-up and vendor reports — 5 January 2027, 12:30pm AEST. Free, online, 45 minutes, open to anyone. The writing load in an agency is relentless and repetitive, which is the easiest kind to compress. Sales and property management both.
We're on the Gold Coast, we work across South East Queensland and Northern NSW, and we have an office in Adelaide. The program runs online and self-paced, so your team gets the same thing wherever they are.
The Gold Coast and Northern NSW corridor is one of the most competitive agency markets in the country, and listing volume there means the writing load never really lets up. Brisbane, Ipswich and Logan agencies tend to be dealing with volume of a different kind — more properties under management, more routine correspondence per property manager.
A workshop teaches awareness; three months changes behaviour. Agents leave a workshop keen and are back to writing listings the old way inside a fortnight, because nobody built the habit on live stock. Our program runs across three months on your own listings, so by the end it is simply how the office writes — and ongoing support keeps it current as the tools move.
Yes, and it's the most efficient way to buy it. The program runs the same for one office or twenty, and a network gets a shared standard for voice, review and compliance rather than each office improvising. Ask us about multi-office pricing.
It's quoted per team size, and the three months is a fixed cost rather than an open-ended engagement, so you know the total before you start. Tell us how many agents and property managers you'd send and we'll give you the number, along with what we'd expect to compress first.
It changes what they spend the day on. Agencies that keep a copywriter move them up the chain — campaign strategy, the flagship listings, owning the review standard — rather than producing forty listings a month by hand.
That's the reason the program runs over three months rather than as a one-day course. People build the workflows on their own live listings during the program, so by the end it is already how they work, and the ongoing support keeps it that way.
Property management usually sees the faster return. The correspondence volume is higher, more of it is routine, and the emotional cost of writing arrears and maintenance messages all day is real. We cover both sides in the same program.
With the right tools set up properly, and that setup is part of the training — which tools carry business terms, what should never be pasted in, and how to keep client details out of anything that trains on your inputs.
Take the audit and you'll know in a minute where your agency stands and what to compress first. Or get in touch and we'll walk through the first month — and if you're a franchise network, ask about rolling it out across offices.
