01 · The difference

Most AI training gets watched once and forgotten.

A one-off course or a folder of videos doesn’t change how anyone works. Ours is ongoing, hands-on, and built around the actual work your people do — so they use AI every day, and you see it in their output before you see it in a report.

A generic AI course

Watched once, forgotten by Friday. Generic examples that don’t fit your business, and no one to turn to when it doesn’t work on real tasks.

The Ad On AI program

Ongoing, applied to their real role, with hands-on support and monthly proof of progress — so the skills stick and compound instead of fading.

02 · How it works

A managed program, not a video library.

Every month runs on the same rhythm — guided learning, real application, and a clear read on progress.

AI built into the platform

AI is built right into the Academy Terminal — help and answers are one click away on any lesson or task.

Self-paced modules

Structured modules in the Academy Terminal they work through around their normal workload.

Applied to their role

Every module ends in a real deliverable built on the tasks they actually do — not a quiz.

Hands-on support

When someone gets stuck, we step in and build the fix with them.

Monthly progress report

A clear read for leadership on what each person learned and actually applied.

Optional ongoing support

Add lifetime academy access, a monthly trends webinar and a community on top to keep skills sharp as AI moves.

03 · The 3-month arc

From AI-curious to building their own AI agents — in three months.

Your staff don’t need to become engineers. Across three months and 24 hands-on modules, they go from using AI well, to automating their repetitive work, to deploying agents that run it for them — every step built on the real tasks they do for you.

1
Month 1

Foundations

Getting genuinely good at AI — accurate, safe, on-the-job use, and their first real working AI workflow.

2
Month 2

Automation

Turning repeatable tasks into AI workflows and automations that run on a schedule, even in the background.

3
Month 3

AI Agents

Designing and deploying AI agents that handle whole jobs on their own — including a “manager” agent that runs the rest.

Ongoing · add-on

Stay Sharp

An optional add-on: monthly sessions on new tools and lifetime academy access keep their skills current as AI moves.

04 · The full breakdown
1

Month 1 — Foundations

get fluent
Outcome A reusable, engineered master prompt, a live Project for their main workstream, and a working end-to-end workflow for a real recurring task.
01
What AI Is & the Rules of Engagement
How models really work, why we run on Claude, what a prompt actually is — and the client data that never goes in a chat.
02
Context Engineering
Treat the context window as a finite budget: keep it clean, one job per chat, and a prompt that works every time.
03
Metaprompting & Hallucination Detection
Get AI to write its own prompts, use examples as your strongest quality lever, and catch it when it bluffs.
04
Persistent Context Infrastructure
Set context once and reuse it forever — Memory, custom instructions, Projects and clean reference files.
05
Multimodal Capability & Verification
Put screenshots, images and long documents in; get real files out — and check the output against the real thing.
06
MCP & the Connected Second Brain
Connect Claude to Gmail, Outlook and Drive so it works inside your tools instead of waiting on copy-paste.
07
Build the AI-Powered Workflow
They assemble their first real, end-to-end workflow — with hands-on support to unblock them the moment they get stuck.
08
Evals & the Audit Loop
Check, repeat and trust a workflow so it holds up every single time it runs — then present it.
2

Month 2 — Automating Your Tasks

get your time back
Outcome Their own starter library of role skills, a configured and tested Claude Cowork automation, and a scheduled task running on a clock.
09
Training Your Claude — Intro to Skills
A skill is a recipe you reuse instead of re-prompting. Find, install and run the skills built for their role.
10
Making Your Own Skills
Capture how they already do a job into a skill Claude invokes automatically — then spin up a small library.
11
Inter-tool Cooperation
Hand work cleanly from one tool to the next, so one tool's output becomes a clean input to another — no breakage.
12
How Automated Work Actually Works
Crossing from AI helping you to the task running on its own: rule- vs AI-based automation, triggers, and what's worth automating.
13
Why Automations Break & What Makes One Trustworthy
How automations degrade through brittleness or drift, why errors compound, and the autonomy dial — in, on, or out of the loop.
14
Claude Cowork I — Your First Major Automation
Set up a dedicated workspace, load their toolkit, wire persistent connections and run their first real task.
15
Claude Cowork II — Expand & Build
Point the automation at new use cases, put it on a schedule, and widen its scope to its useful limit.
16
Scheduled Tasks + Claude in Chrome
Put a recurring job on a clock and let Claude act on live web pages — then watch it run without you.
3

Month 3 — Agentic AI

go autonomous
Outcome Hardened, orchestrated agents working as one agentic operating system, a documented system map, and an impact record of time reclaimed.
17
Intro to Agentic AI
What makes an agent an agent, the ladder from automation to true agent, and when one is worth it — or overkill.
18
Agent Design
Scope, execution spec, autonomy, observability and verification — plus splitting a job across a lead agent and specialists.
19
Agentic Infrastructure
Use Claude Code to build and Claude Console to deploy, with credential vaults, environments and the APIs the agent needs.
20
Agentic Building & Deployment
Six stages from writing the code to a successful first live run — with webhook alerts and run logs in place.
21
Autonomous Iteration
Instrument, observe, diagnose, fix and redeploy — the loop that makes an agent measurably better over time.
22
Hardening & Agent Supervision
Build an eval set and run production safely: cost control, monitoring, alerting, least-privilege permissions and an audit trail.
23
Multi-Agent Orchestration
Coordinate specialists with an orchestrator agent using chain, command-and-control and fan-out / fan-in patterns.
24
Your Agentic Operating System
Bring every agent, connector and schedule into one coherent system — and measure the hours and volume it gives back.
We don’t build modules more than three months ahead — so we never teach outdated AI.
05 · Role coverage

Trained for the job they actually do.

The same strong foundation, applied to each person’s real responsibilities. Everything they build is for their own role — not a generic demo.

06 · What they walk away with

Every staff member finishes with 20+ working AI builds — for their own job.

This isn’t theory they forget by Friday. At a minimum, each person you enrol walks away having personally built and deployed the list opposite — all tied to their real role, plus a documented record of the hours reclaimed and the work now handled automatically.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the AI Training & Enablement program?
It runs over three months and is self-paced, at around two hours per week. You can go faster or slower, but three months gives the knowledge time to sink in and be applied to real work.
Who is the program designed for?
Non-technical staff at Australian small-to-medium businesses — roles like finance, operations, marketing, admin and customer service. No technical background is required.
What will each staff member be able to do by the end?
Every learner finishes with 20+ working AI builds tied to their own job — reusable prompt packs, custom skills, automations, end-to-end workflows and deployed AI agents — plus a record of the hours reclaimed.
Is this just a video course?
No. It's a managed program, not a video library. Every module includes a test or practical project; learners can't progress without completing it, and managers are notified if someone stalls.
Does it only work with Claude?
No. The skills are tool-agnostic by design and transfer to ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and whatever comes next. Claude is used as the worked example.
What happens after the three months?
Learners keep lifetime academy access, and optional ongoing support — webinars, masterclasses, podcasts and a newsletter — is available to keep skills current as AI moves.
